ok ok i have an idea for an mcu arc

(i know. an arc. and it only too me four years to join that club.)

so post tws, bucky’s had a few run ins with the avengers, comic style where he’s a damned helpful sniper or black blur in the middle of a fight

but outside that, he’s been continuing that soul searching. which has led to searching out a couple eerily familiar faces. tasha being one, but he doesnt get to close, cause when he does, it hurts. cap being another, but this time it’s guilt. and so on-

somewhere down the line he remembers another girl. kinda like tasha, but smaller, more recent and less painful.

and he starts to look for the signs

and somehow at some point, tracks her down and captures her

but now… what the hell? he’s a got a little girl what do?

and that’s his first full on experience with the avengers. he takes her to them thinking they’d know what to do (especially tasha)

with that some interrogation begins.

cap frustrated with her, she spouts rehearsed lines and propeganda at him

tasha’s slower, sits in silence by her cell, maybe plays chess with her or something, and when she wins, she cracks a smile and tasha’s pleased as punch all freaking day

clint sits with her too, but he babbles at her in clint-ese a lot of the time

vision might be neck and neck with tasha for who makes her talk first cause he’s quiet too, logical in a way she respects and weaves in some of that android brand sweetness later on
